"Following an argument and altercation, I was injured by my spouse while nearly simultaneously and wrongfully charged with domestic violence. And in the world we live today, the male is presumed guilty even when he has received physical harm and has been subject to similar violence in the past. David Kramer, not willing to let this wrong go un-righted, took this case to court where he won a resounding victory, that not only exonerated his client, but also proved that the woman was both the aggressor and at fault. Doing what is right is always important. Proving it in court, at least in this case, was both a great win for his client and offered the chance to correct a series of past wrongs. I am grateful for David's efforts in this case. Without his counsel, a great injustice could have followed a terrible tragedy."
